Recent Strategic Initiatives

As part of a new mobile device stragegy, developed scope of work, functional requirements, design guidance and production budget for the State Department’s newest Android, iPad and iPhone “State Reader” application.

Transitioned the State Department’s “DipNote” blog to the Drupal Open Source content managment system, allowing for greater social media platform integration and data transparency. Established performance goals and developed and monitored Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Analyze KPI’s, findings, produce reports and present strategic and tactical recommendations for improvement.

Introduced, developed and implemented a live webcasting solution, creating sustainable and scalable processes and significantly improving the way the Bureau of Public Affiars uses digital technology and streaming video to reach the global audience.

Developed the “LiveAtState” virtual briefing platform, integrating multiple technologies and vendors to create a virtual briefing environment that provides greater transparency and allows foreign journalists live access to State Department principals.
